Delegates from each affiliated association/group elect a management committee members at each annual general meeting. The executive officers of the Federation are also elected at the annual general meeting.
The Federation office is staffed between 10am - 2:30pm weekdays appointments are available during opening hours on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 'walk-ins' are also welcome, but may have to wait or book an appointment for a later time.
Mark Bellas Management Committee Member
Mark is currently a member of the executive management committee of FECA. He is also the Chairman of his local Community Association. Mark has been involved in representing his community's views for the past 17 years and has been living as a Tenant in a tower block in Enfield for the last 24 years. Mark has completed the National Certificate in Tenant Participation and is a Certified Housing Practitioner.
Nigel Homer Management Committee Member
Nigel is currently a member of the executive management committee of FECA, he was the chairman of his local Community Association, which recently amalgamated with another local group, and he is currently the Secretary. Nigel currently represents the Federations' membership, and has been involved in representing his Community's views for the last 13 years he was a Tenant of the local authority for 12 years. He is now a Leaseholder in the same property. Nigel has completed the National Certificate for Tenant Participation and is a Certified Housing Practitioner.
Kaushik (Sid) Panchal Management Committee Member
Sid is currently a member of the executive management committee of FECA. He is also the Chairman of his local Community Association. Sid has been involved in representing his community's views for the past 10 years and has been living as a Tenant in Enfield for the last 20 years.
Barry Cook Management Committee Member
Barry is currently a member of the executive management committee of FECA, he was an active member of his local Community Association, he was an Enfield leaseholder for 10 years and has been involved in representing his Community's views for the last 15 years.
Marcia Russell Management Committee Member
Marcia has been an Enfield tenant for the past 31 years she became involved with FECA in 1996 and since then has been part of the elected management structure. She is also one our directors. Having completed the National Certificate in Tenant Participation Marcia is a Certified Housing Practitioner who has worked as a Tenant Participation/Community Development Officer. In her spare time she is busy completing a BSc in Housing Studies but still finds time to be the Chairperson of her local Community Group in Potters Bar.
