Estate management staff work with tenants and leaseholders to ensure that issues relating to their homes are dealt with in a professional and timely manner. They are able to provide important support to tenants ensuring that they maintain their tenancy.

Estate mangers visit all new tenants to help them settle in, they give advice on their responsibility to the tenancy and make them aware of the services provided by Enfield Homes in the locality.  They manage changes there can be to a tenancy, including the processing of assignments and successions, completing transfer request reports, mutual exchanges and the ending of a tenancy.

The Estate management team also has the important role of investigating anti-social behavior and any breaches of tenancy relating to our properties. This covers a wide-ranging number of issues; for example the vandalism of property, causing nuisance or harassment to neighbours, through to the use of the property in unlawful ways.  The team will take the appropriate necessary action to obtain a satisfactory resolution for all concerned parties. This action can, in some cases, include the demotion of a tenancy through to eviction and repossession.
